PrescriberPoint is a Series A digital health firm funded by Lilly, Pfizer, Adobe, & Mastercard. Our purpose is to help reduce the tensions, time, and anxieties both Health Care Professionals and patients experience getting on scripts through AI-enabled content and tools.

Role Overview: You will oversee the management and growth of our two-sided marketplace. You will be responsible for balancing the needs of healthcare providers (HCPs) with the commercial objectives of pharmaceutical companies. Your role will involve continuous experimentation to enhance the value provided to HCPs through prescribing information and assistance, while optimizing the platform's commercial potential for pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision: Lead the strategic direction of PrescriberPoint's two-sided marketplace, transforming the platform into a scalable ecosystem that delivers lasting value to both healthcare providers (HCPs) and pharmaceutical clients.

  • Own the end-to-end narrative: Take full ownership of how the product is positioned in the market, aligning product development with clear, compelling messaging that resonates with users and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product features are effectively communicated, adopted, and deliver on strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement tiered product strategies: Create scalable models to attract new pharmaceutical clients, diversify revenue streams, and deliver enhanced value for HCPs through impactful content and tools.

  • Shape research focus and align investments: Collaborate with UX research to identify key areas for study, guiding research investments that uncover insights and inform product decisions.

  • Partner with product design: Collaborate on design strategy to align on user needs and business objectives, rapidly develop prototypes to test solution hypotheses, and refine concepts before development.

  • Streamline collaboration with engineering teams: Prioritize development efforts, coordinate execution, and align on product objectives to achieve efficient, timely delivery of solutions.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement: Lead testing and iteration of new product concepts, leveraging analytics and user feedback to refine features and optimize the platform.

  • Boost user engagement and platform adoption: Develop strategies to increase proactive engagement, improve retention, and convert initial interactions into long-term usage through a seamless experience.

  • Enhance the platform’s commercial impact: Align product initiatives with sales, marketing, and client success teams to drive measurable outcomes for pharmaceutical partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally a majority in managing large content-driven websites, marketplaces, or marketing platforms.

  • Proven success in launching and scaling two-sided marketplace products, with a strong focus on user engagement and monetization.

  • Experience in managing products where marketing campaigns drive significant traffic and require alignment with sales objectives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-informed approach to optimizing user engagement and commercial outcomes.

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable but not required.

  • Proven experience working with large datasets, web analytics, and leveraging AI to optimize content and marketing efforts is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
